President & Founder Responsibilities include: Overall supervision of operation of club, will also assist in all areas and aspects of technical, marketing, membership and treasury operations. |
V.P. of Club Operations | V.P. of Club Operations Responsibilities include: Overall supervision of the operation of the club and assume the responsibilities of the President & Founder and report directly to President & Founder. |
Club Manager | Club Manager Responsibilities include direct supervision of club events manager, Marketing & Promotion Manager, Membership Manager and Technical Manager |
Club Treasurer | Club Treasurer responsibilities will include all financial aspects of the club and ensure responsibility for the clubs membership funds and will work closely with the Events Manager. |
Events Manager |
Events Manager Responsibilities include scheduling monthly meetings, notification of meetings and cancellations. |
Marketing Manager | Will be responsible for using methods of marketing and promotions to retain and acquire memberships. |
Membership Manager | Will be responsible for handling new membership applications and administering "welcome package", as well as helping with marketing and promotion of club memberships. |
Technical Manager | Will be responsible for answering members technical questions, updating website information on all aspects of technical subjects, such as V.I.N. number decoding. Also responsible for Classified ad updates. |
All Appointed positions are on a volunteer basis.
